High-Voltage Systems
The UEC Advanced Electronics team has successfully demonstrated a 450V, 30 kWh battery system, utilizing a modular 50V building block primary/secondary Battery Management System (BMS) architecture. This system is scalable and capable of supporting voltages up to 1000V, making it versatile for high-performance applications.
Vehicle Power Solutions
In addition to advanced battery systems, our team has fielded complete replacement electrical systems for two Marine Corps amphibious vehicle types. These systems are modular and configurable, offering flexibility and ease of integration in demanding environments.
Safety Program
We are actively engaged in a Research and Development program focused on enhancing the safety of Li-ion batteries, specifically for our 6T battery system. Our work is dedicated to perfecting the materials and methods required to improve the safety and performance of these high-energy power sources.
